Meet the
Doctor
Dr. Matthew B.E. Jessee was born and raised in southwest Virginia. He graduated from Honaker High School in Honaker, VA, where he participated in sports and first became interested in chiropractic after sustaining an injury during a football game.
Dr. Jessee received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Emory & Henry College located in Emory, VA. After finishing the pre-med program with honors at E&H, Dr. Jessee decided to pursue his dream of becoming a doctor of chiropractic.
Dr. Jessee attended the prestigous
Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA. This institution is known as the birthplace of chiropractic and a world leader in spinal research. Dr. Jessee graduated from Palmer College with honors.

Dr. Jessee has had the opportunity to practice chiropractic throughout the world. Through missions work with other doctors, Dr. Jessee has provided care to the people of Bolivia and Peru. Dr. Jessee is very proud to have established chiropractic's participation with the Remote Area Medical (RAM) project in southwest Virginia.
Dr. Jessee has recently been named as a fellow of the International Academy of Medical Acupuncturists and is adding acupuncture to his scope of practice.
Dr. Jessee is married to his high school sweet heart Brandi. They have a daughter Kathryn and 2 sons Layne and Will.
